The first step is booking a consultation with Sarah, where you can share what you are struggling with and where you would like to be. Sarah's approach, like all Sleep Mums advice, is zero judgement and is not about following a particular method. Sarah will listen to what you need as an individual - and as a family - and give you personally tailored advice to suit all of your needs.
After you have spoken to Sarah, she will email your plan, supporting you whilst you make changes.
