Your Sleep Club Power Hour is a club catch up 6-8 weeks after you complete your sleep club course to help keep you on track and guide you through any new transitions you might be going through.
We'll answer your questions and give your tailoured advice to ensure you and your baby continue to have a good night's sleep.
We'll update your baby's schedule to make sure you continue to meet your baby's needs in their 24hrs, which will help to prevent milestones distrupting your sleep (too much!).
As ever, your Power Hour is very much yours and we'll cover everything you need to help you and your baby sleep better.
